The crew
behind the can.
A small family team from the shore of Lake Tahoe. We got tired of what was in the cooler, so we built the drink we wanted instead.
01 · The story
We grew up around drinking and noticed how lazy it had gotten. Bubbles that bloat you. City tap water. Fake flavors and sweeteners. Aged spirits full of congeners, and nobody saying what was in the can.
So we started from scratch. Spring water from Palomar Mountain, a neutral grain spirit distilled until almost nothing but ethanol is left, and real organic juice for flavor. No carbonation. That is the whole recipe, and it is the first drink in a category we named Hardwater.
We make it in California and drink it ourselves, on the lake, on the course, at the end of the day. When we are not doing that, we are building SunGod into something we actually want to share with you.

We envision a world where drinking is a celebrated part of a balanced life, not an escape from it.

Five things we hold ourselves to. If an idea does not fit at least one of them, it does not belong.
Life isn't all or nothing. Neither is drinking.
Say what it is. Put in what belongs. Leave out what doesn't.
Human first. Warm and present. We bring people together and make the moment better.
Flavor first, then every detail after it. We do the homework so you don't have to.
Ask why. Then ask again. That is how a better drink gets made.
